- Making Knives & Scissors Since 1984
About Us
Dating back to 1984, a smithy named "Liang Knife Making Works" was founded by a father named Liang Bing-guang. Ever since then, he has dedicated himself to making the most popular Chinese Cleavers (which is also called "Chuuka Bouchou" aka "Chinese chef's knives” in Japanese, or "civil and martial knives“ aka "slicing & chopping knives" in Chinese) to our neighbors, townsmen and fellow countrymen for 20 years. With the relentless efforts in the knife, scissors, cutlery and kitchen tool industry of Yangjiang for 3 generations, our family business has developed from a small business to one of the key knife making factories in Yangjiang, China.
